Description

After the Movement Charter was not ratified by WMF, the Board of Trustees took and presented for community discussion one of the proposals included in the Charter's draft to make changes in the grant distribution models of the movement. This sessions invites participants to bring their questions, comments, and suggestions to the two main parts of this proposal: 1) updating the Regional Fund Committee members selection process, and 2) the creation of a Global Resource Distribution Committee that creates new parameters and frameworks for the overall grantmaking process.
